Vehicle Shipping
Cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats and heavy equipment, shipped worldwide with export customs clearance on any vehicle. Loading it is the simple part.
The deadline that catches people
Under 19 CFR 192.2 the vehicle and its documentation, including the title or a certified copy with the owner's authorisation, must both be presented to CBP at the port of export at least 72 hours prior to export. Miss it and the car rolls to the next sailing, which runs a fortnight on some trades.

What we need from you
- Original title
- Or a certified copy with a notarised letter of authorisation. A lien needs the lienholder's release.
- Bill of sale
- Showing purchase price, which sets the AES declared value.
- Photo identification
- Of the exporter of record.
- Vehicle details
- VIN, year, make, model and running condition.
- Destination
- Port and consignee. Several countries cap vehicle age or emissions standard on import, so confirm before you buy.

Tell us what you are moving.
Send the commodity, the weight and dimensions, the origin and destination, and your target sailing. That gives us enough for a firm quote.
